Get Ready

Before proceeding, ensure you've done the following:

Gently wash face with only water (no cleanser or soap), then dry.

Designate Sample Tubes as either "Control" or "Test" as you prefer. Note cap color or mark them to avoid mix-up.

Step 1: Insert Control

Insert a clean, unused Collection Disc into a Sample Tube (Control).

Step 2: Sample Skin

Adhere a Collection Disc to the cheekbone area under your eye. Press firmly 8 times.

Step 3: Insert Test

Place the sampled Collection Disc into a second Sample Tube (Test).

Step 4: Add Buffer

Add 10 drops from the Buffer Tube to each Sample Tube using the Dropper.

(Avoid touching the Dropper tip to the sample liquid.)
Step 5: Mix Tubes

Cap the tubes and shake them 10 times. Let rest for 5 minutes. Liquid may change color.

You can use this built-in silent timer if desired.
Step 6: Scan

Before scanning, make sure to:

  • Wait for the full 5 minute color reaction, then scan within 3 minutes
  • Use a mobile device running at least iOS 17.4 or Android 7 with a modern browser
  • Place the Test Card on a dark, contrasting surface with good neutral lighting
  • Place the tubes in the correct positions without direct glare
